Marmalade Jam

I've always enjoyed making food from scratch when I'm able to. And since summer I've been wanting to get into canning. I've made some jam in the past, about eight years ago...so it's not totally new to me, but I'm still pretty new to canning. I picked up a box of Pomonas Universal Pectin a few months ago and just needed to get my supplies out.

I used the recipe that came with the pectin, since it uses much less sugar than other pectin. It didn't take too long, but I only made a small batch (I don't even know if I like marmalade yet!). I'm still waiting for them to firm up but they're still warm right now.

Now to make something to put the marmalade on for tomorrows breakfast!

    Masha Allah it looks so bright and vibrant compared with other marmalade I've seen, do share what you baked and tell how the marmalade tasted in shaa Allah

    1. Alaikum salam, I haven't made anything yet...inshallah I will this weekend. And of course I'll tell how it tastes. I'm nervous to try it actually!
